Before becoming the CEO of This Dot Labs, an engineering firm providing consulting and staff augmentation, Tracy founded Dishcrawl, a tech startup which enabled entrepreneurs across North America organize culinary crawls. Dishcrawl was acquired by Dinner Labs in 2015.

Outside of her entrepreneurial endeavors, Tracy has served as a Board Member for Hacker Dojo, Silicon Valley Arts Council, and several startups. She has also served as Head of Business Development at EmberSherpa and is a Woman Techmakers Ambassador, Google Developer Expert, and Microsoft MVP.
